I am Not here to Beg. I feel for those who Believe they have to do that.
My Purpose here today is to raise funds for an investment purpose. It is Real Estate in my Home Area in Lancaster,Pa. I notice most people will not say where they are? I fear Nothing.
Terms to be negotiated and at Least witnessed somehow. This Protects all interested Parties.
I have Undergone tremendous Training in a specialized field of Real Estate and there are opportunities all the time to make money and Lots of it. Any Monies invested will pay approximately %15 APR. I reserve the right to cancel any further investments after the first initial investment. Length of time for the Payback schedule may vary 6-12 months. I do not forecast anything further out. It is my ambition to get the Payback in Less than 6 months.
There is tremendous opportunity ready to be dealt right now. Just so happens to be people in a bad scenario financially. My Job is to get them on a new road and work out the details for them and at the same time Deal Real Estate Property. There is a tradeoff. Way too many details to discuss here.
We here at my end are Planning on having seminar like meetings in the future. This will allow us to meet others who may interested in making a Great Investment. It will certainly pay much better than any Bank ever will!!
